1. Basic requirements for returns and exchanges

Return and exchange application time limit: All return and exchange applications must be made within 14 days after you receive the goods (the specific number of days may be adjusted appropriately according to the goods and laws and regulations).

Product status requirements: The returned and exchanged goods must be kept unused and unworn, and the goods and packaging (including shoe boxes, insoles, tags, etc.) are intact. If the goods have any signs of wear or use, returns and exchanges may not be processed.

Shoe size and style: If the size or style of the shoes is not suitable for you, you can apply for an exchange or return. The transportation costs of the return and exchange shall be borne by the customer (if it is not a quality issue).

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues

If the product you received has quality issues (such as upper defects, damage, discoloration, sole debonding, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 14 days after receiving the product and provide clear photos and problem descriptions. We will provide you with the following according to the situation:


Free exchange service (if available).


Full refund service.


We bear the return and exchange shipping costs caused by quality issues.


3. Returns and exchanges due to non-quality issues

Inappropriate size or unsatisfactory style: If you need to return or exchange the product due to inappropriate size or unsatisfactory style, you can apply within 14 days after receiving the product. You can choose to exchange or return the product, and the exchanged product must be of the same style, different size or color. Such returns and exchanges must meet the following conditions:

The product has not been worn and is in its original condition (including shoe box, insole, label, etc.).

The return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If you choose a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

4. Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted

The following items will not be returned or exchanged:


Used shoes: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the shoes have been worn, stained, used or damaged.


Customized or personalized items: Customized shoes or personalized customized items cannot be returned or exchanged once they are made.


Discounted items: Special price items, promotional items and end-of-season clearance items will not be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues.


Damaged shoe boxes: If the shoe box is severely damaged, missing or cannot be restored, returns or exchanges may not be processed.


5. Return and exchange process

Return application: Please contact our customer service team through the customer service email or online chat first, and provide the order number, purchase date, problem description and product photos. The customer service staff will provide you with a detailed return and exchange process after confirmation.

Return of goods: Once the return and exchange application is approved, you can return the goods as required and ensure that the goods and packaging are intact. If the product has quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by us; if it is not a quality issue, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund processing: We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods. The refund will be returned to the original payment account, and the specific arrival time depends on the payment method.

Exchange processing: The exchanged goods will be processed and sent out within 7 working days after we receive the returned goods. The exchange shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.

6. Notes

Packaging requirements: Please ensure that the goods are packed intact and attach the purchase receipt when returning or exchanging goods. We recommend that you use a trackable logistics service to avoid the loss of goods during transportation.

Exchange restrictions: If the goods are out of stock and the exchange service cannot be provided, we will provide a full refund.

Special circumstances: If you encounter special circumstances that cannot be resolved, our customer service staff will provide you with personalized solutions to ensure your rights.
